    A Movement Built to Serve the Needs of the Local Church

    In 2014, Overflow Worship started as an organization that served Worship Leaders. And we had a decade of impactful conferences and built an amazing online community that is now

    Overflow Worship Leaders Online!

    October 2018

    By 2018, Overflow Worship Leaders Online emerged as an active online community.
    As the need for on-site training increased, founder Andrea Olson and her family took a leap of faith, stepped out of their local church staff positions, and launched into full-time
    ministry with Overflow Worship Leaders Online.

    In 2020, as the world shifted, so did we. We took out in person event and built a bridge for our community to be able to connect with us all year long through an online community. We live-streamed our conference for the first time and offered Zoom training to help people rethink their ministries and problem solve.


    Everything we did was handcrafted to meet the new needs, pain points, and growth opportunities our community faced. We welcomed new people to our community because we were doing something unique to address current struggles by coming alongside churches to help them launch their online services with affordable tech!

    2024 and beyond

    We continue to support our community that's grown to serve faith-driven entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders who want to leave a legacy of faith for generations to come.
